Bringing a brand to life in the workplace

When businesses refresh their brand they often focus entirely on their external audience. However, bringing your brand to life in the workplace can engage employees and impress visiting clients. That's exactly what we did at Inntel.


Inntel is the fastest growing independent travel, meetings management and events company in the UK. We loved working on their complete brand refresh. As always the process started with us exploring their real values and really getting under the skin of the company.

Over a number of months we developed a new brand identity for them which was rolled out across a new website and all marketing collateral. The management team wanted to ensure employees were engaged through the process too so the launch included personalised packs of branded goodies for everyone within the company.


The assets we created to support the new brand identity were then applied throughout the large offices. We used the values on large signature colour walls. We created a deconstructed timeline that runs up alongside the stairs to accompany visitors to the boardroom. The timeline graphic highlights all of the key milestones during Inntel’s 30 years in business.


We wanted to showcase the effectiveness of taking a bold leap and turning a white and grey bland office space into a vibrant space with far more personality, more representative of the business and a space where employees prefer to be. That’s what we call a success.
