Objective

Castles has been established for 25 years and needed to uplift its current marketing material both visually and through a consistent tone of voice. In the competitive areas of Farnham and Aldershot it is essential to create stand-out to attract new sellers.

We ran a discovery workshop to understand their business better and to drill down to the aspects of the business that actually differentiated Castles. Why customers recommend and trust them – the outcome of this set the tone for the marketing campaign.

Castles are a straight talking, no-nonsense estate agency that pride themselves on being honest and open. This would become their tone of voice for their brand refresh and new marketing campaign.
